I am interested in dietetics and the influence of food on human health, including prevention of civilization-related diseases by eating a balanced fruit-and-vegetable diet. My passion is fusion cuisine, where I combine the elements of vegetarian cooking from around the world. I approach every dish with love and respect for nature, and I share the knowledge that I have gained with others, that is why I have been a nutrition educator for 5 years, both at "Zielona Kraina" project targeting grade 1-4 kids, and at "Zdrowa kuchnia ‒ zdrowe społeczeństwo” project, intended for those working in gastronomy. The list of my proprietary recipes includes pickles, one of them Jerusalem artichoke, which I cultivate and prepare.
